CLIENT AGREEMENT — THE CHAMBERS

A sovereign contract between you and your own evolution.

This Agreement defines the relationship between you (the Initiate) and Ascendant Odyssey (the Architect’s Work) when you enter any Chamber.

It is not a legal maze.

It is a structural boundary — clear, sovereign, and respectful.

THE NATURE OF THE WORK

You understand that the Chambers provide:

  • structural guidance
  • emotional coherence
  • somatic awareness
  • cognitive clarity
  • identity evolution

This work is transformational, not therapeutic.

It is architectural, not medical.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You agree to:

  • speak honestly
  • show up fully
  • take responsibility for your decisions
  • integrate the work at your own pace
  • seek professional help if needed

Your transformation is your sovereignty.

MY RESPONSIBILITY

I agree to:

  • offer clarity
  • maintain integrity
  • respect your boundaries
  • hold a clean, sovereign field
  • deliver the work with precision

I do not promise outcomes.

I promise structure.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Your information is treated with respect and discretion.

However, this is not a therapeutic relationship and does not carry legal confidentiality protections.

You choose what you disclose.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

  • Payment is required to enter a Chamber.
  • Sessions are non‑refundable once delivered.
  • Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice.
  • No‑shows are considered completed sessions.

This protects the integrity of the work.

Ascendant Odyssey does not guarantee:

  • specific outcomes
  • timelines
  • emotional states
  • life changes

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ascendant Odyssey is not liable for:

  • decisions you make
  • actions you take
  • interpretations of the work
  • outcomes of your transformation

You remain sovereign.

THIRD‑PARTY SERVICES

Payment processors, email services, or scheduling tools may be used. They handle your data only to complete the action you initiate.

TERMINATION

Ascendant Odyssey may refuse service or end access if:

  • boundaries are violated
  • disrespect occurs
  • the work becomes misaligned

This protects the integrity of the field.
